Dates: 21st Dec 1968 – 27th Dec 1968.

Crew: Frank Borman, Jim Lovell, William Anders.

Apollo 8 was the second manned spaceflight mission in the Apollo space program. And became the first manned Apollo mission to leave low Earth orbit and travel to the Moon. If you read our article the facts matter, you will learn that it is very unlikely that Apollo 8 ever left low Earth orbit. It is more than likely that the Apollo 8 photographs were made by unmanned spacecrafts. Retouched and relabelled as Apollo 8. The photos and film footage from inside the command module were made in low Earth orbit. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand that this mission never took anyone anywhere, except perhaps low Earth orbit.
